304SS UVC Water Sterilizer

UVC Water Sterilizer Purifier / Filter

304 / 316 Stainless Steel UVC Water Purifier for Whole House Water Treatment

  • The ultraviolet (UV) treatment process is an extremely quick physical process. Ultraviolet light mutates and/or degrades DNA & RNA. When the target germs and bacteria were damaged, the organism becomes unable to function because its “instructions” are garbled or missing.
  • An organism that has no instructions cannot function and reproduce, and cannot cause infection. It is rendered harmless and eventually dies. With the 304/316 food/medical level material, make your whole house water next level.

Powerful & Reliable:

Main Components Of UV Water Sterilizer.

  • The UV chamber is made by 304 stainless steel, which was widely used in the food industry, medical, considered to be stable and durable, diameter and length various as different flow requirement up to 600 Watt Sterilizing Lamp System (Optional for commercial) + 110 Volt Whole House Water Filter System.
  • UV lamp & Quartz sleeve only provide an interspace for the UV lamp, but also ensure high transmittance (90%) for the UV light, provide enough UV light to destroy the DNA & RNA of the microbe and bacteria. Effective for both residential and commercial water purification. Can be used for the city/municipal or well water.
  • Electronic Ballastconnects the UV lamp and the power (110V/120V/60Hz), work as a controller in the system with 3.2 ft. (100cm) power cord and 3ft. (90cm) lamp cord. Greenlight on ‘work’ means everything is alright, red light blinks on ‘fault’ and the controller beeps when the system is failed.

  • Green and safe sterilization treatment. Lack of chemicals means no harmful chemical byproducts are going back into nature. And it avoids the potential threat of residual chlorine, the taste of your water is not affected in any way as well.
  • Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and e.coli are considered to be the main microbe problem that is often found in private water sources, which could cause illness in humans. Most people are aware of e.coli, as it’s often discussed in media as a food contaminant, but it is also a water contaminantwhole house water uv treatment system uv lamp and device security and eco friendly

Hazard Free & Safe:

  • This purifier system is environmentally friendly.
  • Chemical Free. No chlorine. No change of taste, color, and odor.
  • Does not change acidic or alkaline water levels, no impact on pH.

Water quality is extremely important for the optimum performance of your UV system. The following levels are recommended :

    • Iron < 0.3 ppm (0.3 mg/L)
    • Hardness< 7 gpg (120 mg/L)
    • Turbidity < 1 NTU
    • Manganese < 0.05 ppm (0.05 mg/L)
    • Tannins < 0.1 ppm (0.1 mg/L)
    • UV Transmittance> 75%

    Quick & Easy DIY Installation:

    • Easy installation, no plumber needed. Horizontal installation and a metal connector for the inlet/outlet are recommended.

    • UV lamp: Replace the UV lamp annually (or biennially if seasonal home use) to ensure maximum disinfection. (Shop UV Lamp)
    • Quartz Sleeve: Clean the quartz sleeve every 6-12 months, replace it every 24 months. The coating on the quartz sleeve will slowly form due to the minerals in the water. (Shop Whole House Filter System)
    • This coating must be removed because it reduces the amount of UV light reaching the water, thereby reducing disinfection performance. If the sleeve can not be cleaned, it must be replaced. (Shop Quartz Sleeve)

Buy it! Im so glad I did!

Just bought this to build my own water filtration and purification system. There were a lot to choose from but glad I bought this one! Couple notes below.

    1. The product seems very well built. Everything was tight fitting and easy to install! I used a 3/4 FNPT sharkbite connection to connect with PEX pipe.

    2. I was worried about possible loss of water flow or pressure since there are higher flowing UV lights. However, after installing this, and other equipment, my pressure is actually about 5 PSI higher post filtration system!

    3. They seem to really care about their customers. This product came with extra O rings, an extra hanger for the wall and an extra UV light. Not often you get more than you need! And they have a guarantee that theyll replace anything broken or missing with two items! Packaging was also impressive and very secure. Not your typical styrofoam padding, it was customer made cushions for everything to slide into.

    Very satisfied with this purchase

Very satisfied with this purchase, packaging was insane I'm sure you could throw the box off a truck and nothing would break. Couple of comments to ensure your install is a success from the start: Install the supplied silicone O-ring onto the quartz "test tube" that separates the water from the UV light and cover the outside portion of the O-ring with a pipe dope, such as Great White (outside portion being the side of the o-ring that faces the end cap), you can pick that up at the big-box store or on google. Make sure to put the pipe dope on the outside of the O-ring so that it does not enter the tube and contact the clean water. Also always use Teflon tape and pipe dope on the threaded portion, applying each to the male ends of the threads only. In my case, I used Mega tape and Great White pipe joint compound. Do yourself a favor and install everything and let water run through it for at least 1 day to ensure no leaks, then you can install the UV bulb, just in case there is a leak, you do not ruin the UV bulb. My total install dropped by water pressure by 8 pounds, not sure if that is the result of this UV setup of the 1 micron sediment filter, but regardless to have clean water is worth it.

    Zap Your Well Water

My wife found this first and told me about it. Did I research and read a lot of reviews? Yes! We got a positive coliform result back from a water sample I submitted to the lab. I already had a filter and an electric device in the hot water heater to replace the anode rod. It had been working ok and eliminated a lot of the sulfur smell. All other tests came back ok. So, I bought this system and installed it. I also installed an extra filter into the system. There's nothing difficult about doing this. Just measure where you want to install it, plan it out, go to your local hardware store and get what you need. I waited a few days then took another sample for the lab and everything came back with glowing results! No coliform and no e-coli. The UV light is zapping everything plus the smell is negligible.

I used this UV light in my water purification system with the iSpring WGB21B 2-Stage Whole House Water Filtration System w/ 4.5"X10" Sediment and Carbon Block Filters and the iSpring WSP-50 - Reusable Spin Down Sediment Water Filter - 50 Micron, 20 GPM, 1" MNPT + 3/4" FNPT. The water in my house has never been clearer and it no longer stinks. For the connections I used push connect couplings and valves by Procuru, Sharkbite, and Libra Supply.

Highly surprised and super thankful I took the chance. Great quality and awesome packing job.

Well, this all started about 3 weeks ago when all of a sudden my wife started getting sick. And then she started to lose her balance. We were thinking that she had a inner ear infection. Well a few days later I went to get a drink from the sink and smelled mold. I'm like what the??? We have been at this property (well water) for over 5 years, and it's always been the very best water in the entire area (admitted by my neighbors). So when I realized we had mold in our well I was shocked. We had just replaced all the plumbing including the pressure switch and pressure tank. So everything was new. So I immediately got on google and started looking for a UV sterilizer. There are a lot to choose from here and most are in the $250-$400 range. I was not ready to pay this much for a UV unit and found this one with no reviews. I was very leery and put it in my list and kept looking. But after almost 4 hours of looking and reading reviews I kept coming back to this one. I finally took the chance and ordered it.
